TRREB announces

• short term rentals: for recreational purposes are effectively closed
• renovations: those started before Jan. 12, 2021 are permitted to continue but others that have not begun are not permitted to start
• OREA announcement about showing properties

• masks must be worn at all times
• open houses are banned
• agents encouraged to utilize virtual tools at first to conduct all business
• in-person showings are permitted but must be scheduled in advance – agents must limit the number of people in a property to one group of two people + the client’s agent – PPE should be worn at all times
• agents must space out appointments and manage the flow of people inside and outside the property
