Update for Condo Owners
Ontario Government has introduced new changes to the Condominium Act
CAT will not have a direct impact on eviction proceedings, as those issures are governed by the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB)

There is a cost for resolution services
relates to an expansion of the jurisdiction of the Condominium Authority Tribunal (CAT )as of Jan. 1, 2022 was granted the authority to handle disputes involving nuisances, annoyances & disruptions includes “unreasonable” instances of the following:

Smoke
Vapour
Light
Vibration
